Observation

Based on the information gathered during the site visits, interviews with the child care staff and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that there have been times with the staff in the toddler classroom have yelled at the children during naptime. Also it has been determined that there was an incident where a staff person did put the chair out from under a child, and it was not an accident.
